Express - OE removed access to attachments setting
It is not uncommon to have
the settings of any program
change after a Windows update,
or improper shutdown. If you
are
unable to get to your attachments
in Outlook Express, please
try the following few steps
to
help correct the issue: 1. Open Outlook Express
2. Click on 'tools'
3. Click on 'options'
4. Click on the tab labeled
'security'
5. UNCHECK the option that
reads: 'Do not allow attachments
to be saved or opened that
could potentially be a virus.
6. Click 'OK'
