following commonly asked questions explain BlueMarble.net's
billing policies.
How
does BlueMarble.net bill for accounts and services?
BlueMarble.net offers accounts and services on a monthly basis. You may
pay for your services on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. (Please
see our Guide to Services and Rate Card for prices and a thorough explanation
of our accounts and services.)
When
will I receive my bill?
Service is paid for in advance, similar to other useful services like
cable TV and telephone. You may pay for your services on a monthly basis,
on a quarterly basis, or on a yearly basis.
When
you sign up for BlueMarble.net services, you choose a billing
method. The following billing methods are available:
- Automatic
credit card payment on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Monthly
or yearly invoices sent by US Postal Mail.
If
you receive invoices in the postal mail or by e-mail, these
will arrive approximately 30 days prior to the next bill
due date.

What
methods may I use to pay my bill?
Payments may be made by the following methods:
- Via
US Postal Mail addressed to: BlueMarble.net., 5015 W
State Rd 46, Suite B, Bloomington, IN 47404. Do not send
cash payments via postal mail.
- In
person to our offices at 5015 W State Rd 46, Suite B.
Come to Jack's Defeat Creek Mall near Ellettsville. Take
37 North to 46 West towards Ellettsville. Jack's Defeat
Creek Mall is two stoplights out on the South side of
46. We're in Suite B.
- Via
phone at (888)285-3627, option 3 (credit card payments
only).
How
do I cancel my BlueMarble.net account and services?
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your BlueMarble account,
please contact our offices via phone, e-mail, postal mail, or in person.
We will process your request, issue a final invoice (if applicable),
and provide you with a cancellation confirmation number for your records.
If
you must cancel your account during a period that has already
been paid for, a prorated refund will be issued to you
by check. Accounts cannot be canceled retroactively. You
may, however, contact us and designate a future date on
which your account should be canceled.
Are
there any discounts offered?
For most of our accounts, we offer a discount of up to 25% if you pay
for one year's service in advance. Should you cancel your service before
the end of the year period, your account will be charged for each month
of service at the normal rate for the number of months used.
If
a customer signs up with BlueMarble.net and notes your
username on their account application as a referral, you
will receive a 10% discount on your monthly charges for
as long as that person remains a customer. The discount
received through this referral program cannot exceed 100%
of your monthly charges during any one monthly billing
period, and no cash will be paid out in this program. New
customers must provide your username at the time of account
signup; a referral cannot be provided or changed after
we receive the account application.
What
will happen if I don't pay my bill?
If your account is past due, our billing staff will make every effort
to call or e-mail to discuss your delinquent bill. If payment is not
received or arranged at this time, your account will be eligible for
deactivation. Once deactivated, the account will remain unusable until
the account is paid in full, or billing arrangements are made. Accounts
that are more than 45 days past due may be sent to collections and accounts
that have been delinquent for more than 60 days may be removed from our
system.
